We’re a full service marketing agency (strategy-creative-communications) entering its 9th year of operation. We’re based in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle and London’s Hoxton and in 2014 launched our very own CIC, Agent Academy.
We are looking for a strategic marketing executive who has a keen interest in market research, consultation, engagement and planning to provide support to our ever-growing strategy and planning department.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THIS ROLE…
Facilitation – assist in the running of client sessions, taking notes and presenting feedback. Ensuring clients get the very best from their time with us is paramount!
Coordinating – liaising with clients and colleagues throughout the strategy development process, keeping everyone up-to-date on a project’s progression.
Preparation – analysing briefs and supporting the Head of Strategy prepare for client working sessions.
Engaging – in, recording and facilitating research projects.
Development – of marketing recommendations and writing research reports, strategy documents and communications plans.
Management – the day-to-day administration and monitoring of tasks including helping schedule meetings and client sessions.
Collection – and assisting in gathering quotations, costing projects and liaising with suppliers.
Networking – taking responsibility for creating, maintaining and developing their own professional network.
Internal communications – work with the communications team to provide regular updates and feedback. Work across all departments within Agent ensuring effective and efficient lines of communication are delivered.
New business – assist with content for new business pitches and proposals. Attending regular networking events to source new business and connections for both Agent and its clients.
YOU’LL NED TO HAVE
A strong set of values.
An ability to work as part of our strong team, whilst enhancing our culture with your own personality and character.
Degree level qualification or equivalent, preferably in a marketing-related subject.
Has a keen analytical mind, combined with a strategic thought process.
Can work proactively, independently, but will always ask for feedback and guidance on all development work.
An ability to work under pressure to deadlines, whilst maintaining an immaculate attention to detail and quality standard.
Ability to project manage, prioritise and deliver against these often tight deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communications skills, whilst able to present and articulate challenging concepts.
Excellent presentation skills and technique (both written and in terms of presentation delivery).
Excellent administrative and ICT skills, as well as a flair for creating documents using Microsoft Packages – Adobe Suite would be an advantage.
Confidence to represent Agent externally in situations that involve public speaking and delivering training, as necessary.
