This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to work for a global digital marketing, technology and commerce consultancy. You will be part of a fast paced network of digital professionals, focused on helping our clients to maximise the opportunities created by the digital world.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to come in and manage some of our larger client projects. The Project will manage the production team, ensuring adherence to the project plan and delivering to quality, deadline and budget. You will help our clients to deliver on their business objectives, goals and targets whilst ensuring the team achieves targets set out by the Amaze board.


– Identifies and resolves strategic and operational issues thus enabling their Project Managers to focus on effective delivery
– Monitor projects weekly for profitability, progress against milestone dates, delivery against scope
– Hands on involvement in riskiest projects / client liaison where necessary
– Final sign off all estimates / proposals before they are sent out
– First point of escalation for the team when they cannot resolve risks/ issues effectively and further escalation to ops team if needed
– Use Continuous Improvement Process to ensure that lessons are learned and improvements made for future projects
– Monitor and deliver against targets set by the board
– Work closely with the Account Director responsible for overall client relationship
– Line manage Project Managers and meet with them regularly to ensure they are delivering in line with targets and objectives
– Proactive risk analysis to identify potential issues and agree plans to mitigate/improve the outcome
– Lead and participate in fortnightly Team Board Meetings
– Continually optimise team performance against targets leading to greater profitability, a happy team and high quality solutions
– Own the monthly Capacity Plan working in conjunction with the CS team
– Communicate at a conceptual / strategic level when required
– Drive and own the improvement and use of Amaze delivery Tools and Process


– Business Degree (or similar) with Project Management element
– Project management experience including experience in project management in multi-media, software development, or systems integration working on large and/or complex projects
– Working knowledge of Microsoft office and Microsoft project
– Experience of having worked in agile and waterfall environments
