As a Senior PPC Lead you’ll report directly into the Head of PPC and will have responsibility for running your own team of PPC executives, while ensuring delivery of performance and service on your team’s client accounts.

You will mainly focus on clients from a strategic level – looking for ways to drive performance and growth while your team will be generally responsible for day-to-day operational tasks with your help and guidance.

Setting up accounts, bid management, optimisation, reporting and strategy will all fall within your remit, as will research, testing and being a key point of contact for the client. You will also be responsible for helping to train and mentor new staff and ensuring that the team as a whole stays ahead of the curve in an ever-changing industry.


• Creation of testing strategies and plans
• Making recommendations on improving client performance
• Management and operational ownership of a roster of PPC accounts
• Day-to-day bid management and optimisation of campaigns
• Campaign and account builds and restructures
• Ad copy and landing page testing
• Managing & maintaining client relationships
• Frequent client communication via both phone and face to face meetings
• Liaising with internal teams within Stickyeyes
• Ongoing testing and reporting
• Creation of client-facing and internal reports and adding commentary and insights
• Regular R&D
• Planning & forecasting (modelling)
• Training & mentoring of junior staff


• 3+ years’ experience working in a biddable media environment, managing large-scale, complex, results-driven projects with significant budgets, preferably within an agency environment
• The ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels, both internally and externally
• Working knowledge across multiple biddable media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Retargeting, would be advantageous
• Robust numerical and data analysis skills, with the ability to provide actionable recommendations
• Demonstrable passion for all things digital – keeping abreast of key industry trends and a hunger for innovation
• Meticulous attention to detail, with strong project management skills
• Highly proficient user of MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel
• Flexibility to support the demands of the agency and our clients
