Having recently been awarded the CRM strategic planning account for a major retailer across their entire retail portfolio we are in the process of recruiting for 2 accomplished CRM-led senior planners to work in a pivotal role alongside our Head of Planning, Mark Hancock, in developing engagement strategies to drive acquisition, retention and cross sell across a number of our client’s business divisions.
You will deliver a number of big initiatives including an overarching strategic plan linked to their technology and data strategy, a cross-sell strategy across their total offer and monthly, quarterly and annual plans aligned with their business objectives and brands – plans that are agile enough to react to market conditions. In addition to this you will be identifying new and impactful ways to connect the brand with its consumers.
You will have strong skills in developing brand architectures, working with colleagues and clients to bring together skills and expertise. It’s essential you are a creative thinker and have a solid understanding of how different digital, mobile, social and offline channels can be used – championing innovation to colleagues and clients. You will be able to talk about the well-known brands you have worked on and demonstrate how you made a tangible difference to their performance. Your career to date could be agency or client side – exposure to retail environments is preferable. You will be flexible and able to travel between Leeds and Bristol frequently (weekly, often 3 days at a time).
