Senior Marketing Executive
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & BD, in this newly created broad marketing role you will have plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to make your mark by utilizing the full marketing mix at this prestigious European boutique consultancy firm.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing & BD your remit will be to shape and develop the existing plans and the implementation of the firm’s ambitious marketing and BD strategies. Raising the firms profile, brand footprint and reputation within key target audiences. The marketing activity will strengthen relationships with these audiences and increase enquiries through on and offline marketing channels, showing clear improvement in ROI.
As a key and integral addition to the marketing and BD department you will be ultimately responsible for assisting in the tactical delivery and execution of all on and offline marketing projects. This will include with supporting the rollout and project management of the digital strategy, content strategy, social media , PR, specific country geographic campaigns and pan European events.
The successful candidate
This fantastic opportunity would be ideal for a strong team player who is also confident at working under their own initiative. Professional Services Experience is highly desirable along with experience of managing the execution of a strategy in a 360° marketing role
•Digital marketing and communications channels.
•Knowledge and experience in brief writing and working directly with suppliers
•Delivering across all marketing mediums
•Detailed understanding of the creative, design and print processes
•Proven and demonstrable track record in executing campaigns within the professional services sector
•Content execution and management
• Adopt best practice disciplines in terms of commissioning, delivering and evaluating individual marketing campaigns.
•Ensure that good working practices and branding standards are maintained with marketing agencies
•Working with third party agencies to, create opportunities to raise the profile of the development projects to target audiences
•Ability to develop an in-depth understanding of our target customer e.g. their touch points, relationship management and leveraging opportunities
One of the following languages would be preferable (But not essential) German, Danish, Norwegian or Swedish.Some international travel required.
