This is a great, full mix Digital Marketing Executive role for a leading sports and leisure group, based in Merseyside.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, your role will be to develop and deliver a full digital marketing strategy for the region. The focus of the role is to manage the online customer journey, from initially driving new customer traffic, through to website / app experience, and finally driving qualified sales leads from new and existing customers. This will involve planning and implementing all PPC, SEO and social media activity. You will be providing regular, detailed reports on web traffic, CTR, and all analytics on eCommerce and campaigns.
You will have responsibility for developing and managing the digital marketing platforms, including a new content management system for the region, and the customer databases. You will need to fully understand CRM requirements, database manipulation, and personalisation of communications to help enhance all sales. You will also play a lead role in rationalising existing digital service providers, and then take ownership for managing ongoing agency relationships.
You will have a demonstrable track record of delivering digital marketing within a sales environment, preferably from a sporting, leisure or retail background. This experience will have given you an impressive, well rounded knowledge of all aspects of digital.
