A pro-active and driven marketing specialist is required to work within the friendly and experienced central Marketing Department. Reporting to and working closely with the Head of Marketing , the post holder will be required to develop, manage and be accountable for the development and delivery of the marketing strategy for all our school leaver and adult further education provision. The role will support the curriculum centres and service areas as well as working closely with the internal design and digital web team and external agencies to deliver on time, results driven and measurable advertising campaigns and marketing materials.

This is a key marketing post requiring a person with initiative and a strategic outlook to make the most of opportunities to promote the activities and reputation of Blackburn College internally and externally. Ideally you should have a background of sustained achievement in marketing and be an effective project manager with the ability to make a positive contribution to the changing culture of Blackburn College as a whole.

Individuals should be hard working, committed to providing excellent customer service, and have great attention to detail. You must also be a good communicator with the ability to engage with students and staff at all levels.
