This Senior Account Manager role offers an interesting change and challenge for a delivery focused account handler.
Havas Lynx is a communications agency with 250 people across our offices in Manchester, London and New York – supported by the Havas network; we deliver marketing campaigns in the healthcare sector and as a group, we are proud to have been responsible for a series of industry firsts. We work on a global basis with many of our clients and once a campaign has been developed in English, for either a Global or regional client, we often then manage the translation of the campaign, or distinct tactic from a campaign, for the local markets.
This team is engaged at the early stages of campaign development so that tactics are set up or developed in a way that is then easily adjusted as part of the localisation process. From there, the team work with clients based within the local markets to identify their needs and ensure that translations and adjustments are made in an appropriate way, according to the needs of the local market but also the overarching brand strategy. Where the development of an overarching campaign might include a number of stakeholders, in this process, the number of project deliverables and clients involved multiply considerably. This means that our client services team has to be absolutely exceptional in both project management and in relationship building – externally with clients, but also internally with the dedicated production team.
The work that we do is diverse, so you can expect to manage projects that are very varied, from digital to print and every variation of each. This role is for someone who is delivery focused; you’ll enjoy providing exceptional customer service and thrive on the timely and profitable completion and delivery of a great end result. You’ll love handling more than one complex project at once, and in this role you’ll have complete ownership of a busy, financially significant account. Over time you’ll develop knowledge and expertise in the requirements of the various geographical markets and the ability to advise your client as to the best possible approach for what they need. We don’t expect that you’ll have worked on localisation projects before, and while if you have, that’s a real bonus, what is most important is that you’re someone who can adopt a methodical approach who is adept at managing numerous projects at any one time.
