We now have a rare opportunity for a Senior Account Manager from outside of the healthcare sector to join our Manchester based team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take on a high level of responsibility as primary client contact on a substantial account. You will drive business on a day to day basis with your team and over time look to increase your input into the strategic elements of the account along with a Client Services Director or Managing Partner. This is a hands on role – your ability to manage projects effectively and profitably will aid you in delivery of a range of communications tactics utilising tools from across the marketing mix, with an emphasis on digital. We’re a full service agency, so you’ll work as part of a team to manage campaign activities and gain measurable results using which ever medium is most appropriate to our agreed objectives.
It will be your responsibility, with input from a more senior team member to build relationships, understand, test and challenge client requests and direct production activity appropriately to attain results of the highest quality. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that we are meeting and exceeding key performance goals in respect of client satisfaction, business development, profitability and staff performance.
Although we work with clients from the Pharmaceutical sector, previous experience in this field is not essential – strong digital marketing skills gained from an agency environment and a willingness to learn are more important.
The successful candidate will have:
