We are looking for an eager and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Senior Account Executive within our offline advertising department.
You will work with our Offline Account Director and provide support on key accounts with the following responsibilities:
•Build strong relationships with key client contacts
•Organise and attend regular client meetings
•Produce weekly client status reports
•Manage a variety of projects and see them through to completion
•Produce client estimates and invoicing
•Liaise with external suppliers producing quotes for a variety of products including print, merchandise, exhibition material
•Work closely with our creative studio and prepare artwork briefs
•Develop a detailed understanding of the client’s products, business culture and the industries in which they operate
You will be passionate about the advertising industry and keen to learn and develop. You will play a pivotal role within the team and agency as a whole. You must demonstrate a high standard of communication and written skills both internally and externally with clients and suppliers. Attention to detail is also key and a high level of quality control on all outgoing agency work is essential.
You need to be confident and have the ability to deal with a varied portfolio of clients within different sectors across B2B and B2C, offering them professional, effective and proactive service at all times.
