Contract Type:

At Havas Health Software, we work on pioneering, global projects which utilise cutting edge technology. We push boundaries to ensure change in healthcare and we create bespoke solutions which are truly focused on patient needs. To do this, we operate as a product shop and we follow best practice throughout our entire approach, to ensure the tools we produce are suitable, innovative and robust. We have a team of skilled Developers, Designers and Testers in-house, and we are looking to expand our team further. We’re seeking a QA Manager who will lead a team of talented Testers and create QA strategy for the team.

As QA Manager you will work across multiple development teams to maintain a high level of QA Strategy. We place great emphasis on both quality and innovation, and you will take responsibility for ensuring that we meet client expectations, and that we continually review and approve new technologies to further improve the quality of the products under development. We work very collaboratively at Havas Health Software, and we will be looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring that QA is understood and represented by all. You will need to be a clear communicator, with a proactive approach to working with other the departments within the wider Havas Lynx team.

We are looking for someone with existing QA management experience; you will be skilled in designing and creating test plans, undertaking the management of test cases, and working directly with clients to present work. We are looking for someone who is solutions focused, and able to use previous QA experience to act as a trouble-shooter within the team. As QA Manager you will take responsibility for creating test reports for internal and external stakeholders, working with defect management tools, and using automation technologies to ensure overall quality in the projects we deliver. This is a highly autonomous role and you will have the opportunity to manage your own project workload, as well as that of your team, and you will also take an active role in developing the skills of more junior colleagues.

We are a large and busy team you will be experienced in working under pressure in a fast moving environment. Personality is key; we’re looking for a team player who is ambitious and keen to progress. In return we offer a fun and friendly culture, and plenty of opportunity to develop your skills further. We’re proud to also offer our exciting internal training programme to all employees here at Lynx – you can view more information via the #LXAcademy area of our website:
