Overview:

– Manage content updates, service requests and implementations of projects on to client websites

– Manage project and content rollouts, localisation and implementations of pan-European website(s) and provide support for clients.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

– Planning and co-ordinating rollout and schedules with internal staff, 3rd party agencies and clients in marketing departments and their agencies
– First point of contact by telephone and email for marketing departments and their agencies to report issues or request for changes
– Sourcing, collating and organising translations of website content.
– Collating and sourcing content and 3rd party deliveries for websites
– Reporting to Senior Project Implementation Manager on status, issues and deadlines
– Providing reports to clients and stakeholders
– Responsible for the internal administration of the project, including all management reporting
– Creating and owning process and user documents in line with client expectations

Competencies and skills required:

– Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project
– Organised with proven ability to co-ordinate multiple work streams
– Proven understanding of website technologies e.g. Flash, Content Management Systems
– Ability to learn the use of systems quickly such as database administration and content management systems
– Customer services background
– Excellent communication skills – written, telephone and face to face
– Planning skills including client management and expectation management across multiple stakeholders
– Proven ability to work in a changeable, fast moving and pressured environment
– Experience of proactive client contact as well as reactive must be demonstrated
– Flexibility to work extended hours if required around peak times
– Experience of a similar, relevant role and environment.
– Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.
– Proven ability to co-ordinate and plan multiple work streams across multiple digital projects and resources
– Ability to learn the use of systems quickly such as database administration and content management systems
– Delivery focussed within budget
– Experience communicating with clients at all levels
– Flexibility to work extended hours if required around peak rollouts.
– Able to travel within the UK and abroad.
– Oral and written fluency in English is essential
– Oral and written fluency in one of the following in addition to – English is an advantage Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Hebrew, Russian, Greek, Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Croatian, Serbian, Slovenian
– Automotive knowledge is an advantage
– Preferably Prince 2 qualified in project management
