We are looking for a passionate writer, story-teller and PR guru – a big thinker who will help us tell the story of how we are changing Manchester’s urban landscape forever.

The primary role of the PR and Comms Exec is to support the Head Office PR and Marketing Team in generating PR, on-brand content/materials and social media for our Manchester and London assets and growing corporate identity.

A keen writer and communicator, the candidate will be a people-person, comfortable with liaising with a number of internal and external people and be able to collate a coherent narrative, both verbally, online and in the media.
The candidate will be energetic and highly driven with a proven track record of buying in stories, news and features to journalists and writing animated editorial copy, as well as a passion for networking, relationship-building and industry and activity monitoring. Relationships with key title journalists in the North West and London a bonus as is a passion for urban development, design, business and the arts.

Most of all you will be a rule-breaker. Hungry to learn, create new experiences, produce new ideas, think big and be a part of a team that is changing Manchester’s urban landscape forever whilst creating new ways of living, working and ways of approaching leisure and lifestyle.

Copy writing and proof-reading press releases, online content and newsletters
Media Monitoring/Press Office Function
Social Media Content, Delivery and Management
Support and/or manage the production and formatting of corporate powerpoint presentations and company
Harvest information from development teams on updates. Attend relevant development and marketing meetings in Manchester and provide weekly reports/minutes.
Event Delivery Support and Ideas Creation
Respond to internal and external requests for photographs, CGI’s, asset and brand descriptions, staff biographies and other similar brand content.
Partner liaison with architects, affiliates, agencies etc
Organise photographer schedule and management of photo library
