Sundae Communications is looking for a bright, creative, self-starting account manager, to work across a range of high profile national and international clients in film, TV, theatre and creative industries.
We’re looking for a candidate with a strong interest and love for creativity, who will thrive in a small, fast-moving consultancy, working across media relations, content creation and digital.
We’re looking for someone we can nurture, who will develop with the company into an amazing account director and who will help the company grow.
This is a unique role, working with some of the UK’s biggest broadcasters and film distributors, plus a range of independent creative businesses.
Our new account manager will:
Be experienced. We’re looking for least three years experience, either at senior account executive or account management level, or the equivalent in-house experience.
Know our clients. TV, film, and creative industries communications experience is a massive plus. We have a very specific client base, who sometimes speak their own language.
Have media skills. Media relations and press office are at the core of our offering, and you’ll often need to lead on this.
Be in your element with a clipboard. We love bright, exciting, experiential events, but underpinning everything is a fierce attention to detail.
Love the Internet. We consider digital in everything we do, so experience of devising and implementing digital PR and social media campaigns is a must.
Be an expert communicator. This goes without saying, but just in case, exceptional English writing skills, and the personal skills required to develop client relationships, make new contacts and network are key to the role.
Help us grow. We’re growing fast and have big plans so new business skills and ideas, plus pitching and presentation experience are important.
Be flexible. This role will involve occasional travel within the UK, evening and weekend work, for which lieu time will be given.
Have fun. We work really hard, but find it’s easier if you’re having a good time.
Listen to you. We’re looking for someone that will grow with us and help us grow, so we’re interested in your ideas, who you want to work with and how you want to work.
Train you. Your development is important and we’re looking for an ambitious account manager who wants to learn new skills.
