An exciting position has emerged for an Online Communications Manager within a leading UK Utilities powerhouse.
The environment is progressive and fun, and you will be working with some of the top innovators in the country within the Online Comms space. You will be exposed to many exciting, leading-edge projects due to the companies’ huge presence in the UK.
Responsibilities will include the continual improvement of the website and its content; the development of social media channels and enhancement of the social media strategy; liaison with the Ops team to plan, develop and implement new website functionality; the management / coaching of the Online Comms Specialists.
You will be an experienced web management and digital professional. You will be a highly customer-focused individual with a positive, forward thinking attitude and an out of the box mind-set. You must have several years proven experience managing e-marketing campaigns, social media strategy and writing engaging copy in a B2C environment. You will also be comfortable using CMS and web publishing tools, will have knowledge of A/B testing, SEO skills and sound analytics experience.
Package is 40k pro/rata for an initial 12-month full time contract starting in October.
