The purpose of the role is to assist and support the Directors with various admin duties. This is a varied role working within our vibrant digital marketing agency based in Manchester City Centre.

Duties include:
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Answering the telephone
• General paperwork and admin support for directors
• Arranging appointments with clients
• Chasing up paperwork and some outstanding payments
• Updating sales forecasting
• Arranging travel
• Organizing office supplies including a daily routine checking the office to ensure things run smoothly
• Updating the company management systems and financial spreadsheets
• Generating sales invoices and statements
• Letter writing, meeting minutes and updating policies and procedures

Skills Required:
• Excellent keyboard skills,
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail is essential and an ability to check own work effectively
• Good communication and listening skills with staff at all levels is vital
• High standard of English language skills – spoken and written
