Situated in beautiful parkland in Cheadle, Cheshire, aps Events and Media are a dynamic and diverse live events and media production company. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and innovative Media Project Manager.
Your background will be in the creative industry – advertising agency, PR company, TV production or similar. You will have experience of taking client briefs and developing these to not only meet, but to exceed those requirements … within budget and timeframe of course! You will instinctively know what “works”, will have an eye for detail and a knack for interpretation. You will understand brand guidelines, digital and media solutions, you will have experience of managing mutually beneficial long lasting client relationships. You will love to travel internationally and will be excited by new product launches or education sessions for the healthcare industry. You are equally at home working alone or in a team, and can build rapport with colleagues at all levels. Organised and with an exceptional attention to detail, you will relish the challenges this role brings.
The role is to manage media projects for global live events. You will work with the client to understand and anticipate their needs, plan and develop media solutions and prepare budgets alongside the project team. You will work with our in house media and technical teams along with freelance experts to produce websites, videos, sound recordings, room graphics etc. which will delight and excite the client. You will then attend the global live events to manage any on site changes or developments, whilst our project managers look after front of house with the clients.
Whilst the job is a Media Project Manager, we are more interested in your creative experience than your project management skills, though any PM experience will of course be beneficial.
