Media Planner – PHD Manchester
Want to work on high-profile brands for the media agency voted number one in the UK? PHD in Manchester is hiring a media planner to do exactly that.
The media planner role will be responsible for day to day management of all press & digital media plans and will be an accessible point of contact to clients.
In addition, the successful candidate will benefit from working collaboratively with PHD’s buying teams, other specialist divisions and with other advertising agencies/ PR specialists.
You’ll report directly into an Account Director across 3 key clients and support a Digital Director across broader digital planning and implementation, whose collective remits are to deliver the very best in client service and media planning for their clients. The ideal candidate will have strong digital display experience including trafficking & tagging set up for ad-ops, with PPC, SEO & Social knowledge an advantage. They will be responsible for all day to day management of all press & digital media plans and will be an accessible first point of contact to clients. The role will also require management of weekly digital results, status reports, competitor analysis, with many opportunities to actively participate at client, internal and media owner meetings.

Skills Required
Experience across all major industry tools & systems including MediaTel, Comscore & Addynamix
Fully conversant with digital display media including buying & negotiating, knowledge of PPC, SEO & Social an advantage
Experience in using double click reporting
Has extremely high attention to detail, strong verbal, written & numerical skills
Energetic, determined & proactive
