An amazing opportunity for an ideas-driven Marketing Manager to join a successful consumer products business and work with many well known brands, based in south Manchester.
You will be tasked with creating and implementing a marketing plan, whilst continually monitoring market dynamics, business performance and consumer trend data to proactively drive refinement of your marketing plan, and the overall marketing strategy. Your role will be central to the on-going growth and development of the business, working closely with the wider business to develop campaigns which are customer-centric and add value to the business. The role will involve managing and developing an internal team, as well as selecting and managing external agencies to deliver research, print, PR, design, online, and POS. In addition to campaign activity you will be responsible for the corporate PR profile and overall brand positioning.
The role requires a talented marketer with a strong understanding and experience of retail trade and consumer marketing, including marketing high profile consumer branded products. You will possess the creative flair and personal effectiveness to create and deliver outstanding marketing campaigns. Confident and articulate when presenting to senior management and corporate partners, you will have demonstrable ability to communicate complex ideas quickly and effectively.
