Marketing Manager (B2B) – East Lancashire – £30-35k
Large, B2B communications and technology group, based near Burnley in East Lancashire, is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their marketing team and oversee communications across their retail division.
Reporting into the Group Marketing Manager, you will devise, create and manage the implementation of campaigns, collateral and communications. You will deliver quality communications that are on brand, adhere to proposition and contribute to the achievement of acquisition targets. You will contribute to the quarterly communications plan, ensuring that the product portfolio is successful in achieving its objectives. You will manage specific campaign, communication and promotional initiatives, with the support of a marketing executive. You will be responsible for the core creative and content output, and employing it across online, offline, campaigns and collateral.
You will work closely with the Group Marketing Manager and the Planning, PR and Insight teams to ensure that all propositions are effective and successfully delivered. You will oversee all production of channel literature, selecting and managing third-party suppliers to ensure best value and service delivery. You will be a brand custodian and ambassador of the department, raising its profile across the business, and communicating clearly with the relevant stakeholders.
You will be an experienced B2B Marketer with a strong track record in integrated marketing communications. You will have a strong appreciation of and experience in plain English copywriting and effective creative delivery. You will have strong analytical skills and a real commerciality, with great budgetary skills and attention to detail. You will have man-management experience, able to oversee creative individuals and enhance their skills.
