We’re an agency in the world of marketing, looking for a marketing manager. So let’s start with your passion for, well, marketing.
You put it to good use working at or with your last creative agency, and ideally have a qualification in it too. For us, you’ll be flexing your strategic business skills to help build our brand. Driving the marketing strategy, you’ll develop and execute campaigns as well as managing the marketing budget.
You’ll also update our website and social networking platforms, measure the effectiveness of CRM, PPC and SEO, conduct relevant research, and identify PR, partnership and advertising opportunities. Then there’s the relationships you’ll build and maintain with the media. So it’s just as well multi-tasking comes as second nature to you. You’ll manage it all with attention to detail and preferably a smile too.
Your role means you’ll be working with people at all levels of the business. So that well-stringed bow of yours should include people skills as well IT literacy (ideally on Mac), project management expertise and strategic thinking excellence.
