As Marketing Manager you will be an integral part of our newly restructured centralised Marketing team. Working closely with experts from across the business, you will be responsible for maximising the use of channels to focus on delivering client-related stories that are both compelling and beautifully executed.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a pro-active, independent self-starter who thrives on finding new and interesting ways to make a complex story simple. You will have proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, with strong copywriting and content creation skills for B2B audiences. You will be a team player, with excellent inter-personal and team-working skills, with the ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to create customer-led, insight-driven content for multiple channels, both online and offline, acting as the expert on constructing compelling, relevant and engaging communications.
This is a very hands-on role for a highly proactive, energetic and positive team member who is unperturbed by juggling multiple tasks, handling conflicting priorities and meeting deadlines every day.
Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar marketing role, with strong content writing skills and broad experience across the marketing mix.
Precision and pride in excellence accompanied by pragmatism and tenacity will be core to your being. In particular, you will be a consummate communicator with exceptional writing skills and unabashed grammatical pedantry.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role will be located at Epiphany’s office in Leeds. There will be some travel required between all Jaywing offices in the UK.

Building and maintaining relationships with key contacts across the business
To be the ‘go to’ person for information and content regarding our various specialisms and the client projects we have delivered
Keeping ahead of the curve in terms of knowing what projects have been won, are ongoing, and have been successfully delivered
To gather, collate and manage information regarding the various specialisms and client projects
Use the information gathered to create compelling content for, but not limited to, case studies, campaigns, thought leadership articles, events, blogs, brochures, creds packs, bid content and sales support materials.
To manage the ongoing update, refresh and approval of content/information
Championing the Jaywing and Epiphany brands across all communications
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant
businesses within the Jaywing family are kept informed of marketing activity
Supporting lead generation campaigns with compelling client case studies
Preparing print and online communications
Skills & experience required
Educated to degree level
Hold a relevant CIM qualification or equivalent
Extensive knowledge and experience of creating and managing content for both online and offline mediums
Ability to manage own workload, make decisions and prioritise
A proven record of achieving targets and meeting deadlines
Excellent writing, editing and proofing skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience of working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Confident and dynamic personality
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Outstanding people skills with the ability to negotiate and influence to get results
Ambitious and driven with a can do attitude
