We are continuing to grow and in order to support the team in their day to day activities; we are looking for a Junior IT Support Technician / Junior DevOps Engineer to join the team in Manchester.
Our team offer a great working environment – they are experienced in developing juniors and developing their technical abilities so that in time, they can take on increasingly complex tasks. Within this role, your responsibilities will see you support in the following areas:
• The monitoring of software
• The setting up of web servers
• Project deployments
• Ensuring security features are appropriate and in use for all projects
• Customer support – first line, during working hours
If you have experience of such tasks, it would be ideal, although you can expect to learn more about this on-the-job. In addition, the above are examples of typical tasks, this list is not exhaustive and there will be plenty of areas where you will be able to learn from others, whilst also taking responsibility for significant portions of projects.
