Junior Graphic Designer role – Trafford Park Start Up Digital Agency

The Company

A micro Digital Agency that started just a couple of years ago are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer as the company experiences another phase of expansion.

Having moved into new offices a few months ago, this company are slowly progressing.

This digital agency specialise in web design, app design and implementing various systems such as online booking systems, payroll systems, staff portals and e-learning platforms.

Working with a range of clients in a small, collaborative team you will have the opportunity to kick start your career in a fast paced environment that allows you to progress and develop your skill set.

The business has some highly creative people who simply love what they do, as the business grows so will your skill set, allowing you to be involved in many different aspects/disciplines of a digital agency.

The Role – Junior Graphic Designer – Digital

You will be responsible for the conceptualisation and implementation of design solutions across a range of disciplines ranging from Branding, Icons, Web Design, App Design to various bespoke software systems.

Your work will be 100% digital with the opportunity to learn coding, should you wish to do so!

Working as the sole junior designer, you will be given plenty of training and development in order to help progress the business, but more importantly your career.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a rewarding start up culture environment in which you will not be constrained by various policies and procedures. Its an environment that allows you to be creative across all things digital.

Skills Required

You will need to hold a relevant design/digital degree
In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Strong attention to detail
Creative Flair
Attitude to learn and progress


16,000 – 20,000 salary
