We’re a large agency, with a flat structure and multi-functional teams of around 25-30 people. Whilst your technical skills are important for this position – genuine enthusiasm is also key. You should be creative-minded, eager to learn and keep on top of new technologies and share your knowledge with the rest of the team. We’re also looking for someone who works well with people – you’ll work with a range of teams in-house, so we’re looking for a real team player who has their own ideas, alongside the confidence to share them.
