You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of software to ensure the successful delivery and evolution of learndirect systems. Increasing the capability and quality of our systems and reducing the operational costs associated with them over time. To make an effective contribution to the work of the team by ensuring requirements are clear, appropriate documentation is available in support, contributed code and releases are of a high quality, and that defects and incidents are analysed and resolved in a timely fashion.
