This is a great role for a confident, Spanish speaking eCommerce Assistant to join a specialist retail business, initially on a 6 month contract basis, based at their Manchester head office.
In this role, reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you will work on the eCommerce sites for 2 high profile, consumer brands. You will contribute to the development and execution of the eCommerce activity plans including – customer acquisition, site traffic, on-site content and merchandising, product and sales promotions, customer retention, as well as catalogue production.
A key element of your role will be monitoring, analysing and reporting on performance, utilising various analytics tools. You will also be expected to propose corrective actions and / or additional activity based on the analysis and interpretation. You will also get involved with competitor monitoring and benchmarking.
Fluent Spanish language skills are essential for this role, and in addition you will have eCommerce / online retail experience combined with a good understanding of digital marketing. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as well as an aptitude to learn and develop new knowledge and skills.
This contract role is initially to cover a period of maternity leave for 6 months, and as such you will ideally be available to start at short notice.
