This agency are looking for a top-level, commercially astute Account Director to work closely with Senior Partners in driving growth within both new and existing revenue streams. Commercial acumen and a raw passion for integrated campaigns is an absolute must. The key to success within this role will be the proven ability to look at current accounts strategically and assess new opportunities within those accounts whilst having the ability to scope out new opportunities and build relationships outside of the existing business too. Nurturing Account Managers to raise their commercial abilities will be another facet to the role, so prior experience of managing AMs and AEs would be great. In this role, you would have the opportunity to work closely with some of the biggest brands in the world and to work closely with some of the best creative and strategic minds in the Northern agency scene.

Salary will range from 38,000 to 45,000 dependent on experience. As always, salary is based on the individual, so there is potential flexibility on this if youre slightly outside the range.
