Our client is looking for a Head of UI/UX Design, they’re currently looking to fill this new position that has come up within the company.
The successful applicant will oversee the expanding Design and UX team, although the company openly admit they’re a little late in coming to the UX party, they’re keen to bring in a strong individual who will have the freedom to literally change the company’s Digital output. You will effectively be a consultant for the business allowing you to effectively lead the project and role out the change within the business. You’ll be initially be managing a team of 4.
The company specifically service the technical, design and customer service needs of a group of online casinos. They have grown year on year, and have developed into a multi-award winning industry leader within their target market. The company’s office is based in South Manchester with parking facilities.
We are looking for someone focused on UX but also someone who is interested in the science and analytics behind it. Part of this role will be improving existing interactions and part will be inventing brand new ones. You will also be heading up a small team so previous team lead experience is desired. You will be working alongside developers, designers and various other team members and we are really looking for someone who is able to contribute new ideas and practices.
