Consultative Digital, Social and Content Business Development – 50k + Bonuses
The agency you will be working for is a top Digital agency based in Manchester. The Agency already have a fantastic recognised brand, and an extensive list of hero blue-chip clients across a wide variety of sectors, many of which are household names across both B2B and B2C. Which provides an exceptional platform for a BD professional to come in and hit the ground running quickly.
The agency generate a lot of work inbound via referrals and word of mouth due to their exceptional, award winning, quality-led track record to date. They are now looking to take their outbound efforts up a notch.
You will be selling top-end Digital Design and Build, Content Strategy, Digital Marketing and other Digital-focused services.
You will be focused on developing business with blue chip businesses in both the UK and America, both B2B and B2C. The goal being to progressively develop long-term relationships through whatever consultative, intelligent means necessary to create the opportunity to pitch the agencies digital products and services.
You will of course be able to cross sell within the already established channels developed from the current, robust pipeline of business, which will hopefully provide a good amount of leads and warm relationships to utilise.
This is an intelligent, consultative sales position with mid to long sales cycles, targeting revenues of 1.5m – 2m per annum (outbound sales and inbound enquiries converted).
You must have full service Digital agency experience, and a proven track record in consultative agency sales.
You will be rewarded handsomely with a basic salary from 35k to 50k dependent on experience, with on-target earnings adding significantly to that figure (very large bonuses for outbound business won, smaller bonuses for inbound work), with the benefits youd expect from the sister agency of a global business.
