An ambitious, rapidly-growing Facilities Management Services company are looking for a talented senior E-marketing specialist to build an innovative E-marketing strategy across its multiple service lines and brands.
The role will involve developing creative email marketing campaigns from strategy to delivery, in-depth analysis of ROI and key metrics, plus developing creative briefs for the in-house design team. The current e-CRM system has a 4.5m send capacity at present so the scope is huge.
You will be offered the chance to develop the new E-marketing strategy and campaigns from the ground up with full autonomy and creative freedom. You will have a talented Digital Marketing team to call upon for support and to bounce ideas off, plus you will be given the chance to progressively grow your own team around yourself as you successfully develop the E-marketing strategy.
The package is 22-25k dependent on experience plus various other benefits and company nights out, end of year bonus targets, various in-house training courses for continued professional development.
