What’s the Email Marketing Executive role all about?
We are looking for an ambitious Email Marketing Executive to help support the delivery of a best in class email programme, developing the customer journey across multichannel touch points and driving the key kpi of increased repeat purchase frequency.
What will my responsibilities be as an Email Marketing Executive?
Implementation of the email programme
Working with CRM manager to deliver a market leading email programme.
Day to day creation of email communications and templates working closely with other business teams to deliver the most relevant and timely content.
Developing a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle, demographic and ultimately behaviour and then working across departments to support content creation, campaign management and multichannel integration to drive repeat purchase.
Day to day contact with the email platform.
Development of automated programme
Development of lifestage and behaviourally automated emails with the CRM manager.
A/B testing of automated programme
Optimisation of the programme
Time of day / day of week
Reporting and programme optimisation.
What skills do I need to have as an Email Marketing Executive?
1 to 2 years experience working within a successful email marketing function
Demonstrable experience with editing basic HTML in email templates
Self-motivated, passionate and driven to achieve results
Degree / Marketing qualification.
