This specialist sports focused retail business has a newly created opportunity for a fluent French, eCommerce Manager, based at their Manchester head office.
Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, you will be responsible for managing the planning and delivery of the traffic, conversion and customer retention activity for 3 major French, eCommerce sites, focusing on on-site, SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and social media. Your day-to-day role will involve the management of each site, ensuring that products, promotions and content are timely, accurate and delivering on KPIs. You will use data driven insights to specify improvements to the user journey to drive increased site conversion, and then work with the IT team to deliver testing and roll out. You will plan and deliver the CRM programme to existing customers to optimise their lifetime value including emails, site content, and direct mail. This role will be supported by an eCommerce Assistant.
You will have a proven track record of delivering impressive ROI for B2C eCommerce sites, with a strong understanding of all digital marketing channels, specifically SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing, social media, and email marketing. You will be fluent in French, and ideally possess commercial experience gained within France, with a good understanding of the French culture and demographics. A results focused individual, you will have highly developed analytical and planning skills, with the confidence to make decisions and challenge stakeholders.
