A heritage influenced Manchester fashion brand are launching their eCommerce website, and have an opportunity for a confident, ambitious eCommerce Manager to join their team.
The existing website already receives high volume of brand traffic, and the focus of your role will be to drive onsite conversion to sales through to successful brand promotion and online merchandising. This will involve assessing and improving the customer experience, making recommendations and delivering improvements to the onsite navigation and customer journey, seasonal promotions campaigns, and regularly updating the site with relevant and engaging content, including all product content, (written and image / video). You will also be responsible for raising brand awareness through social media and PR activity. You will work with an internal team, including designers, and be supported by an external digital agency.
You will have a proven track record of working on a transactional eCommerce site, ideally in a fashion or related environment. A genuine interest in the fashion industry, and understanding of the online trading aspects of eCommerce is essential.
