Digital Solutions Manager
My client is an exciting and progressive Digital agency based in the Centre of Manchester. Due to a sustained period of consistent growth, an exciting position has arisen for a Digital Solutions Manager, or Digital Sales Consultant to join their friendly team.
This agency specialises in turning business requirements into technical solutions, through their innate ability to understand their clients objectives, and creating digital platforms to enhance their business. By partnering with major software providers, they are able to provide large-scale web and technical projects after consulting with the client as to how they will benefit from the project, keeping things simple when needs be.
They are actively looking for a Digital Solutions Manager or Consultant to sell the agency’s offering to mid-sized and large-scale organisations. This agency work with some of the biggest clients in the world and so they are looking for a polished Consultant, with steeped digital expertise and a friendly, approachable attitude. The sales aspect of this role will be more consultative, as opposed to a hard-hitting sales tone; therefore we are looking for someone who is able to understand client requirements, educate the client on how the agency is able to solve the problem, then work collaboratively with internal departments to carry out the project.
You will be required to:
• Attend and lead client meetings with key decision makers to determine and understand their (sometimes complex) digital requirements, providing them with a holistic view on strategy and delivery.
• Build and retain excellent client relationships
• Working internally with project management and account teams
• Speak confidently and articulately whilst presenting ideas to clients
• Be able to meet personal targets through adding value to businesses
