We’re expanding here at Studio North and looking for a digital project manager to complement our team. The right person for the job needs to be an experienced plate spinner who can cope with a diverse and busy workload. Ideally we are looking for someone highly organised with at least 2 years experience.

Main responsibilities:

To understand clients’ online marketing objectives and discuss, recommend and scope project deliverables, timescales, roles and responsibilities, providing accurate quotations and proposals as such.

To manage clients’ expectation and effectively communicate throughout the lifecycle of a project using appropriate channels.

To manage and co-ordinate client requirement documentation including but not limited to our proposal of works, project schedules (& sign offs), information architecture, wireframes and technical/functional specifications, go-live testing procedures.

To ensure projects are delivered to client satisfaction within agreed budgets (time estimates & supplier resource) and schedules.

To have a thorough understanding and appreciation of stunning user experience, with the ability to assist and manage content planning and wireframes.

To manage through and report any ongoing client digital marketing activities.

To identify, recommend and manage relationships with any external suppliers relevant to client requirement.

To assist developers with basic maintenance of client websites including updates to content management systems and solving technical issues.

To contribute towards clients’ digital marketing strategy thinking beyond the brief and understanding the bigger picture, even including offline campaign integration.

To support the agency management in continually improving and optimizing internal processes and adopted technologies.
