One of the UKs top agencies in the content, social and digital space is looking for a Senior Digital Consultant to join their team.
The agency work with some of the top brands in the UK and Europe, collaborating to produce stunning, award winning work. This work can range across web design and build; immersive social and content strategy; fully integrated digital campaigns and digital marketing campaigns. The agency are twenty strong and are now really pushing on in terms of growth and quality of the work they produce for their blue-chip clients. Their growth plans are impressive, but as with any agency these growth plans are tied into consistently delivering the best work, the best service and offering the best culture to work within to allow internal talent to flourish. This is a senior role with future Directorship potential. The Digital Consultant will effectively be the first point of contact for all new inbound enquiries into the agency from prospective clients, of which there are well over 1,500,000 worth of enquiries per annum. As such, an in-depth understanding across the agencies full range of digital services will be required. Further to this, you will need to be a true business consultant. Meaning you will have top level commercial awareness to allow for an in-depth understanding of business structures, sector growth potential, economics, commerce, SWOT and so on; allowing you to understand a business from the top-down and truly get under their skin to provide the absolute best solutions to the prospective clients business and marketing objectives.
You will also be expected to network and engage with potential new business opportunities. The model of a Business Development Manager who cold calls and works in a lead gen model is quite outdated. The new age of business development is a consultative, collaborative model with a specialist consultant educating, engaging and providing true value as a business consultant to clients and prospective clients, working closely and in collaboration with customers and users to create unique, powerful and engaging communications or digital products (in the context of this role.)
You would work closely with the Marketing Manager and the design team to strategise the execution of comms in line with attracting new business also, making it a hugely varied, engaging role for the right individual.

The package on offer is open to the individual. A guideline of salary range could be anywere from 50,000 – 70,000 + Bonuses. Other benefits will be built into a bespoke package, and future Directorship will be on the table.
