A fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven Digital Analyst to join a major travel and leisure group, based in Manchester.
Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will take ownership of and manage the business data that feeds into the digital strategy. You will be responsible for the analysis of campaign responses, customer profiles, channel results and other experiments, with the aim of continually improving performance and the entire digital experience.
In this role, you will also develop an online performance dashboard to report on key indicators and site analytics 24/7, whilst delivering scorecard and benchmarking exercises. You will continually provide the eCommerce and content teams with valuable insights into online customer behaviour.
A successful Digital Analyst with a background in a commercial marketing related environment, your experience will include elements of data modelling, business analysis and predictive analysis. You will know your way around a range of financial reporting systems, together with Comscore or Nedstats, Google Analytics, and other social monitoring platforms.
Key to the role will be the ability to build strong relationships with external suppliers and the internal digital, CRM, marketing and commercial teams. You will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual, with a real passion for, and knowledge of digital.
