As a Digital Account Manager you will:
• Establish client requirements at initial briefing
• Present, alongside the agency team, the campaign ideas and budgets to clients
• Build solid, trusted relationships with clients and other team members
• Support project documentation in accordance with their methodology
• Analysing profitability, revenue, margins and bills
You will already be digital savvy, ideally within an agency environment. You will be strategic thinker with excellent knowledge and experience of digital innovations and technologies. Outstanding client facing skills are essential as well an awareness of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
