I am currently in the process of recruiting for a Digital Account Director, for an Award Winning Digital Agency, based in Leeds. The successful individual will be primarily responsible for strategic vision and leadership.
Leading a team of Account Handlers, you will be responsible for driving client strategy to ensure the agency offers clients the best possible consultative service. You will be responsible for developing current accounts to ensure business growth, whilst occasionally assisting with pitches for new business. You will also be responsible for managing your accounts’ finances, producing regular reports and forecasts.
I am looking to speak to people with strong account handling experience in a digital agency. Preferably with previous experience in an Account Director capacity. The successful applicant will be a natural relationship builder, possessing the ability to develop excellent relationships with clients, ensuring you fully understand their needs and can deliver an exceptional service. To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience of leading a team as well as having previously written in-depth strategic proposals.
