Digital Account Director – Manchester – £45-55k
Large, well-respected digital agency, based in central Manchester is looking for a Digital Account Director to join their client services team, working across a variety of accounts and leading a small team of 3-5 people.
This role will combine strategy, development and tactical delivery of exceptional service, across campaigns, web design and build, tablet, mobile, games, and interactive projects. You will be a skilled relationship developer, working with clients on the development of overarching strategic goals and objectives. You will set measurable KPIs and manage the delivery of the associated projects. You will work with the multi-disciplinary teams within the agency, directing the utilisation of project teams in an efficient and effective way.
You will have a proven track record in a similar role, having risen the ranks of agency-side client services. You will be a seasoned Account Director with strategic responsibility and a solid understanding of the digital and interactive channel. You will have experience of working with senior business directors, as well as nurturing and mentoring more junior team members. A mix of B2C and B2B experience would be an advantage, as would experience of working with healthcare clients.
