Our client is one of the main players in the Digital market in Manchester and are doing some cutting edge work with their diverse array of clients across all sectors.

As Digital Account Director , you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of clients, building happy, strong, honest and profitable relationships. You will lead the running of the team and support new business pitches where appropriate.

The role will cover:
◾Day-to-day management of healthy client relationships
◾Supporting the MD in gathering of clients business requirements and writing briefs
◾Hitting projected revenue targets per client
◾Ensuring the right resources are allocated on account projects
◾Leadership and clear direction of Producers
◾Supporting and maintaining the Account Plan and ensuring quarterly board reviews are carried out
◾Accurate reporting of projected revenues, and managing profitability against targets
◾Ensuring time on jobs reflects the work carried out
Maximising project communication and collaboration

Requirements :

• 7+ years of solid integrated agency experience, having worked with a mix of well known brands
• Proven understanding and excellent working knowledge of all aspects of digital communications including online display, microsite builds and digital campaign activity • Experience in the principals of CRM and the customer journey
• Excellent client relationship building skills
• A strategic mind and commercial awareness
• Ability to think creatively and inspire the creative process
• Tenacity and confidence when dealing with clients
• Ability to report and analyse campaigns and an understanding of digital metrics and measurement
• Pro-active and a strong sense of intuition
