The GORSE Academies Trust has an increasingly well-known reputation for changing the deal for children and young adults who come from some of the most impoverished parts of the country. Our central mission is to ensure that we play a significant role in removing the stubborn link between poverty and academic underperformance. Consequently, our students and our professionals are in the vanguard of the national drive which seeks to prove that where teaching is excellent, leadership inspiring and behaviour standards exemplary all children excel regardless of background.
We seek to employ an exceptional Designer who can exemplify all that the Trust stands for. As part of the ongoing development of the in-house creative team, you will be responsible for leading on all aspects of design, brand and identity; producing beautiful designs that positively reflect the outstanding work of the Trust and its academies. You’ll need to be passionate about your work, and committed to extending the impact of the emerging creative team.
As part of the creative team, your varied responsibilities will include:
• Design for print and digital use
• Motion graphics for video production
• Digital builds or redesigns of responsive sites
• Asset creation
• Assisting with training, development and mentoring of other staff.
You’ll need to be a conceptual thinker who can produce innovative ideas, but also have a proven track record of taking concepts through to outcomes. You will also be expected to work with external providers on significant print and marketing projects, seeing these through to successful completion.
The GORSE Academies Trust highly values talented colleagues and is committed to their development. If you’re interested in joining an in-house creative team that is dedicated to providing fantastic creative experiences, then we would love to hear from you!
