Melbourne is on the lookout for Datacentre Engineer to join our 24/7 datacentre operations and support team.

Role Description:

You’ll be working in our datacentre team who provide hands-on support from our three datacentre facilities in Manchester. You’ll work part of the time in the datacentres and part of the time at your desk in our shiny Network Operations Centre, responding to internal and external tickets and calls. You’ll be part of a shift pattern providing round-the-clock support to our customers and staff.

Experience and qualifications:

It’s important that you have a strong understanding of computer hardware and a basic grasp of networking. Prior work in a datacentre will be highly beneficial in this role. Relevant industry qualifications (CompTIA, CCNA) are a bonus but not required.

You must have a good grasp of both spoken and written English as you will be required to communicate both verbally and in writing with our customers and other departments.
