Required Candidate Experience and Skills:
o A minimum of 6 years experience in a creative role
o Extensive digital and video experience is vital to this position
o An uncanny ability to generate creative ideas that other people describe as genius
o Proven experience in management of projects and a team
o Proven ability to lead a project through from briefing to final delivery
o Experience managing the creative element of a pitch process, from initial stages to presentation
o Excellent communication skills
o A digital thinker
o Technical understand of inbound marketing and website design and development is preferred
o Sufficient confidence to think big and act fast
o Uncompromising, relentless pursuit of excellence
Main Responsibilities Include:
o To originate and develop a wide range of creative ideas and concepts for a variety of clients and projects to drive brand engagement across all platforms
o Manage and guide the creative team in content creation and motivate them to produce creative, innovative concepts and campaigns
o Oversee the creative process ensuring all work is reviewed and completed to an extremely high standard before output
o Ensure all work is in line with a given brief and strategy and capable of delivering exceptional results
o Drive consistency, creative standard and clarity of communication across your department and throughout the agency
o Develop and lead effective creative brainstorming sessions, presenting creative strategies for clients and potential clients
o Represent the business in internal and external meetings
o Manage the evolution of the agency’s technology needs, marketing technology and digital marketing capabilities
o Maintain and share a knowledge of the latest creative and digital trends and techniques
o Attract, nurture and shape creative talent
