You will be responsible in leading the marketing strategy to deliver the companies overall strategy. Working closely with the general manager/product and business development team. Although the organisation has focused marketing colleagues in the business, this is a stand a lone role so you will need to be hands on with the ability to liaise and report to senior management.
•Provide expertise and governance to all aspects of marketing
•To provide guidance to the divisions on current marketing trends and best practise
•To manage the common marketing facilities used across the business e.g. the website, the CRM system, the overall messaging
•Implement our Social Media Strategy – develop brand awareness, generate and substantially increase inbound traffic and cultivate leads
•To manage the corporate marketing budget
•Devise and deliver tactical marketing campaigns on time and within budget as per the business objectives
•Create, develop, manage and execute effective communication plans and liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient delivery
•Negotiate and manage product and marketing support with external agencies and suppliers
•Analyse the results and return on investment of all marketing activity and present findings and recommendations
Our client is looking for a full mix marketing candidate, who can work on a strategic/corporate level who is not afraid of getting involved in the day to day.
1.Relevant marketing degree / qualification
2.Five years marketing management experience
3.Ideally with experience of marketing of within an technical organisation, IT etc..
4.Knowledge of Manufacturing / Infrastructure
5.Corporate marketing responsibility
6.Experience within the digital side, including email marketing, PPC, SEO, CRM, marketing automation, website CMS and analytics (Google Analytics/ Hootsuite social media)
