This well established, global apparel brand have created a new role at their Manchester office, for a highly knowledgeable Communications Marketing Manager.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the focus of your role will be to implement the marketing strategy via the communications team across ATL, BTL and digital channels. Supported by a team of 2 Marketing Executives, you will deliver the marketing strategy across trade and consumer channels via product and brand campaigns, managing the relevant budgets.
You will manage the communications for all seasonal campaigns, as well as, projects and events, sponsorship communications and strategic plans. You will drive the rollout of initiatives via the internal team to deliver compelling, engaging and impacting seasonal communications to build advocacy and awareness of the brand, and ultimately increase sales. You will work closely with the Marketing Category Manager to assist in the development of integrated, on-budget, product and brand campaigns for each season. You will also work with the Sales Managers to develop and implement strategies to maximise sell-in and marketing support, and drive development with strategic and national accounts.
It is essential you have excellent experience within B2C brand and marketing communications, delivering integrated campaigns across the full marketing mix. Possessing demonstrable ability to manage several seasonal campaigns simultaneously across trade and consumer channels, you will be motivated and passionate in the delivery of product and brand communications. You will have gained impressive understanding and appreciation of a fast moving marketing environment, with the ability to align communications to consumer segmentation. You will also have previously managed in-house marketers, as well as, external agencies.
