The role in Carat Client Services offers the opportunity to work across on and offline media strategy with some of the UK’s biggest advertisers, playing a key role in the development, management and analysis of campaigns while working closely with global media owners such as Google, News International, Bauer, Global Radio, ITV, Channel 4, FIVE & Skymedia.
To be clear, we don’t make creative! As Client Services specialists we have a thorough understanding of our client’s objectives in order to devise the most innovative advertising strategy to achieve their goals and maximise return on investment for their businesses.
As a client services media planner (Graduate), you will play a pivotal role in linking our clients and the agency, managing client needs right through from administrative tasks to campaign work. You will have a passion for your clients businesses in understanding who their target audiences are, how and where they consume media, and crucially what influences their behaviours, in order to provide best in class media proposals.
You will work in a fast paced environment and an ever-evolving media landscape, meaning no two days are ever the same. To excel in this role you need to be a great communicator with an inquisitive mind and a fascination with media consumption, but most of all you will have a passion for delivering exceptional service.
