A newly created opportunity for a Campaign Marketing Manager to join the busy marketing team of this specialist mail order business based on the Wirral.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for both offline and online activity, focusing on the customer retention strategy and the implementation of marketing campaigns. Your role will be to prepare and manage the marketing plans and budgets, and supported by the marketing team, plan and deliver print and email marketing campaigns. You will manage the production of promotional material and flyers, liaising with mailing houses and printers, as well as internal departments such as the contact centre, purchasing and distribution. You will work with the sale teams to manage and develop the customer database.
In addition you will monitor competitors’ products and services and analyse market trends, researching and recommending ways of improving existing services and increasing profitability. This role will also involve supporting attendance at trade shows and exhibitions.
To be considered you will have proven experience in customer retention, delivering successful marketing campaigns, and managing a customer database. Specific retail / mail order sector experience would be ideal, but not essential.
