A unique opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager within one of the top mid-sized Creative Agencies in Manchester offering Digital, Design, Video and Events Services.
You will be working alongside a talented appointment making / sales team to help them shape the business development strategy within the agencys target sectors namely Retail, FMCG, Travel, Telecomms, Social Housing and Financial Services.
You will meet with key decision makers to deliver engaging, exciting meetings to introduce the agencys proposition and services, aligning them with the clients business objectives. You will work closely with the pitch teams to help secure new business wins and close deals.
You will also meet with current clients to identify cross-selling opportunities within existing revenue streams to meet the targeted growth within the accounts.
You will work closely with the head of new business to create tactical new business campaigns with up to date, engaging marketing collateral.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You will have a great track record in business development, in winning pitches and in exceeding targets in a delivery-focused environment.
You will be an avid networker and a real people person who is passionate about the Creative Services world and excited by the opportunity to develop relationships with well-known blue chip businesses.
Salary is 32,000 – 35,000 + bonuses when you make a successful appointment with a prospective client + uncapped commission on closed deals.
